Harvard Woman Charged With Battering Man With Knife, Trying To Conceal Identity From Police In Lake In The Hills
Macy Harrison, 28, was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, obstructing justice, battery and criminal damage to property.
A 28-year-old Harvard woman was arrested after she allegedly injured a man with a knife and concealed her identity from police in Lake in the Hills on Friday, a criminal complaint said.
Macy Harrison, 28, of the 400 block of South Ayer Street in Harvard, was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, obstructing justice, battery and criminal damage to property.

On Friday, Harrison allegedly placed a knife up against the left side of a man’s neck and caused a large scratch in Lake in the Hills, a criminal complaint said.
She also allegedly hit the man in the ear with her hand, punched him multiple times in the head and knowingly damaged the rear window of the man’s car.

When Lake in the Hills police arrived, Harrison allegedly concealed her identity to avoid arrest, the complaint added.
McHenry County Judge Mark Facchini set Harrison’s bond at $30,000.
She is also ordered to have no contact with the victim.
Harrison remains held at the McHenry County Jail. She is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday for a preliminary hearing.
