Lee & Associates of IL Negotiates a Lease in Algonquin

Rosemont, IL. — October 18, 2023 — Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers, negotiated the lease for a 2,477 SF end-cap unit located at 501 E Algonquin Road in Algonquin, IL.

Rick Scardino, Principal, and Michael Petrik, Associate, at Lee & Associates represented the landlord, Zurich Partners, LLC. Chuck Whitlock of Baum Realty Group represented the tenant, DosBros Fresh Mexican Grill, a rapidly growing, Tennessee-based fast casual restaurant chain.

According to Petrik, “This will be a useful re-purposing of a former convenience store in this strip center. DosBros is a fresh and exciting new concept making its way into the Chicago area. We are very proud to have worked with this group and their broker to bring a great new restaurant option to Algonquin.”
