'Lock It Up': LITH Police Share Video Catching Car Entry Attempts

According to Lake in the Hills police, the same person was seen during both incidents trying to get inside cars in this area.

LAKE IN THE HILLS, IL — The Lake in the Hills Police Department is reminding everyone to keep their car doors locked and their car windows up after two recent incidents. According to police, the same person was seen during both incidents trying to open car doors in the area of Lakewood and Albrecht Roads. Police added that these two separate incidents took place in the morning hours.

While no thefts have been reported at this time, police ask that if you see something suspicious, call them immediately.
