Man, 18, Charged with Sexual Assault; Another Charged with Use of Deadly Weapon

Note: The following information was obtained from Cary Police Department arrest reports. An arrest is only an accusation and does not constitute guilt. An individual can only be found guilty in a court of law. 

Criminal Sexual Assault

Michael Brewster, 18, of the 60 block Margaret Terrace, Cary, was arrested June 29, and charged with two counts of criminal sexual assault, a Class 1 felony, and one count aggravated criminal sexual abuse, a Class 2 felony.

Use of Deadly Weapon

Robert F. Sanew, 74, of the 100 block of Charlotte Ct., Cary, was arrested July 15, and charged with aggravated assault/ use of a deadly weapon/ rifle.

Domestic Battery

John M. Glowacki, 57, of the 600 block of Spruce Tree Circle, Cary, was arrested July 9 and charged with domestic battery/ physical contact. 

Domestic Battery, Assault

John P. Broznowski, 23, of the 400 block of Marquette Ave., Cary, was arrested July 2 and charged with domestic battery/ physical contact, aggravated assault and domestic battery/ causing bodily harm. 

Battery

Daniel Vargas, 21, of the 900 block of Bartlett Rd., Streamwood, was arrested June 23, and charged with battery/ causing bodily harm. 

Theft

Samuel T. McDade, 20, of the 100 block of Courtney, Cary, was arrested July 2, and charged with theft, value under $500. 

Wanted on Warrant

Taylor Klinger, 19, of the 6700 block of Meadow Dr., Crystal Lake, was arrested June 28, on an in-state warrant. 

Nathaniel R. Vandenberg, 21, of the 20 block of Duxbury Ln., Cary, was arrested July 16 on an in-state warrant.
