FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

Patrick D. Kenneally, McHenry County State’s Attorney, announces that on March 3, 2022, 20-year-old Roxanna Jimenez of Harvard, Illinois, pled guilty to Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (LSD), a Class 1 felony, and Possession of a Firearm without a Valid Firearm Owner’s Identification Card, a class A misdemeanor, before the Honorable Michael Coppedge.

On November 25, 2020, a search warrant was executed at Jimenez’s residence. The search resulted in the recovery of approximately 66 individual tabs of LSD from Jimenez’s bedroom.

The investigation was led by Detective Eric Lee of the McHenry County Sheriff’s Police Narcotics Task Force and was prosecuted by Matthew Brodersen and Brette Dunbar of the McHenry County State’s Attorney’s Office.
