According to the sheriff's office, Jackson had a handgun when authorities located him Thursday morning in the 2900 block of Elisha Avenue. The sheriff's office said the gun will be sent to the Northeastern Illinois Regional Crime Lab to determine if it's the same gun used in the Monday shooting.
