Village Of Lake In The Hills: Yard Waste Collection Extended To December 17

Flood Brothers has extended yard waste collection through December 17.

All yard waste for disposal must be contained in either a 30-gallon biodegradable paper bag or a standard 35-gallon metal or plastic garbage container identified as "Yard Waste Only." Containers must weigh less than 60 lbs. "Yard Waste Only" stickers are available for pickup free of charge at Village Hall, 600 Harvest Gate, or the Public Works facility, 9010 Haligus Road. Landscape waste, including brush and branches four inches or less in diameter, that is too bulky for placement in paper bags or cans may be securely tied with biodegradable string or twine and put out for disposal.
