We reached out to Sosine to get her thoughts on what is in store for the city in the coming year. Here is what she had to say.

What is your top priority for the year ahead?

Get a good housing development on the East side in the 2 vacant properties zoned for housing.

And what would make 2026 a "standout" year?

Being able to get a stable tenant in the old Butera Spot in the Towne Centre shopping center
