Alsip Community Garage Sale Offers Bargains Galore
The annual community event will begin on Friday and run through Sunday and offers residents a wealth of treasures within a close proximity.
ALSIP, IL — Local bargain hunters will be in their glory this weekend when the Village of Alsip hosts its annual community garage sale that allows area residents to find any number of treasures without venturing too far from home.
The event will run from 8 a.m. through 5 p.m. beginning on Friday and will continue with the same hours on Saturday and Sunday as well, village officials said.
The village has posted a complete list of garage sale stops around the village as well as a map on its website.

Hard-copy maps will also be available for the garage sale and may be picked up at the Village Hall (4500 W. 123rd Street) at the Alsip-Merrionette Public Library (11960 S. Pulaski Rd.) and the Alsip Park District offices (12521 S. Kostner Ave.
