Crime with a Weapon 5-10-25 Automatic Sentence

This new 5-10-25 Weapon law would require an automatic sentence of 5 years day for day, for first offense of committing a crime with a weapon. A second offense is a 10-year sentence.

A speedy trial date of 30 days will be set. Convicted people will be assigned to a County Business Technology and Construction Trades Complex. A medium security institution. People sentenced to 25 years will be transferred to a prison.
