Shop 'Til You Drop Friday, Saturday And Sunday At Alsip Community-Wide Garage Sales
Dozens of homes are expected to participate in Alsip's community-wide garage sales Sept. 12 to Sept. 14.
ALSIP, IL — Garage sale aficionados will have dozens of garage sales to peruse Sept. 12 through Sept. 14 at Alsip’s village-wide garage sales.
The sales will run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday through Sunday. The village is waiving the permit fee to give residents a chance to de-clutter and perhaps buy back something they sold at last year's village-wide garage sale.
Treasure hunters will probably find pretty much anything short of hazardous materials, including furniture, tools, appliances, household goods, clothing, jewelry and accessories, books, DVDs and MORE.

There will be no sign-ups or GIS mapping this year. Residents will be allowed to post signs provided they are picked up by 5 p.m. Sunday, so get out those old political lawn signs and repurpose them with your garage sale info.
