Pre-Tax Dollars Program

By paying rent, mortgage, or property tax monthly with Pre-Tax dollars you will have another $300 a month in spendable income. Now you're paying 30% income taxes before you pay rent /mortgage. We want to put money back in your pocket. For every 3,400 people who join this program over a million dollars each month will flow to the local economy.

New County Has New Identity. Each new county will have up to 67 towns/villages. Now all the suburban towns identify with Cook County. The residents of each new county will create an identity together. These new counties will be a blueprint for what a county can be for its residents.

75% Less County Government. Cook County Government has 22,000 employees. Our new counties will have employees capped at 2,200 each. There are currently 29 Townships across the suburbs.

We will eliminate 21 of them. With county-towns coordination services will improve.
County Board - Term limits. County Board will consist of 4 commissioners and 1 Board Director. All elected County positions are subject to a 2-term limit of 4 years per term.

50% Less Fees and Permits. We will reduce all current fees and permits issued by your new county by 50% immediately in 2025. This includes residential and business fees. See more at www.dcci3.com
