ALSIP, IL - Area residents bundled up and flocked to Pulaski Road over the weekend for a celebratory tradition that included carriage rides, music, a tree lighting, ice carvings, a laser light show, and more.
The Fifth Annual Holiday on Pulaski commenced on Friday night. Attendees gushed on Facebook about the event, pointing to horse-drawn carriages and festive storefronts.
"We would like to thank all the Holiday on Pulaski Committee members, the residents that braved the cold temps to come out, the businesses that participated and made donations, the Alsip Public Works Department, the Alsip (Police Department), and the Alsip (Fire Department)," village officials said, in a Monday morning Facebook post. "We hope you enjoyed it!"
