2 Men Suspected In Stabbing Death Still At Large: Police
Hoffman Estates police are looking for 2 men witnesses saw fleeing the scene of a fatal stabbing late Monday night.
HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL — Two men suspected in the fatal stabbing of man late Monday night are still at large, police said.
According to authorities, officers were called to a report of a stabbing on the 700 block of Hill Drive at around 11:48 p.m. Monday. When they arrived, they found a man in critical condition. He was taken to Amita St. Alexius Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
Police told Patch witnesses described seeing two men flee the scene before officers arrived. Both are said to be in their 20s and of Honduran descent. Witnesses said one man was wearing a red shirt with black pants, while the other was wearing a gray shirt and blue jeans.

Officers used a police dog team to conduct a search of the area, but were unable to locate the suspects. The identity of the man has not been released pending an autopsy, police said.
Authorities said the two men may have known the victim.
