2019 Mane Event And Taste Of Arlington Heights: Schedule, Lineup

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — Downtown Arlington Heights at Vail and Campbell Streets and Harmony Park will be filled with food, drinks, activities, live music and more fun beginning with the annual Mane Event Friday, Aug. 2, and the Taste of Arlington Heights Saturday, Aug. 3. The Arlington Heights Chamber of Commerce and the Village of Arlington Heights are partnering to support the annual summer block party-style fun, including:

Mane Event: Opens to the public at 5 p.m. and continues until 11 p.m. Friday, Aug. 2.

• Food and drinks available for purchase
• 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. — Business Expo
• 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. — Children’s entertainment
• 6 p.m. — The Jet Set Quartet
• 8 p.m. — 7th Heaven

Taste of Arlington Heights: Opens to the public at 12 p.m. and continues until 11 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3.

• 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. — Metropolis School of Performing Arts
• 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. — Kevin Purcell and the Root Doctors
• 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. — Indigo Band
• 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. — School of Rock
• 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. — Sugar Highway
• 8:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. — ARRA

The Arlington Heights Chamber of Commerce and Village officials ask attendees to please refrain from bringing food and alcohol into the areas of Mane Event and Taste of Arlington Heights, as you'll be able to sample food and beverages from over 25 particiapting local restaurants. Officials also ask attendees to not "save seats" by setting down blankets, tarps, charis and other items in Harmony Park for the live music acts, as the goal is to keep the park open for people to enjoy before each event begins.
