6 Men Accused Of Driving Under The Influence: Blotter
The Arlington Heights Police Department made 12 arrests, including six for driving under the influence, from Nov. 12 to 19.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court.
Every person arrested is presumed innocent unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

Ashley M. Corona, 18, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. She was arrested at Vanguard School at 1 p.m. on Nov. 15 and is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 9.

Aisha T. Davis, 33, was arrested on a charge of obstructing identification on Nov. 12 at 8:58 p.m. at Walgreens (1711 W. Campbell St.). Her bond was set at $100 and she is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 15.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
- Keith A. Lang, 54, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08 or higher. He was arrested on Nov. 15 at 11:46 p.m. at the corner of Algonquin Road and Golf Road. His bond was set at $3,000 and he is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 15.
- Jose B. Mejia, 26, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding 35+ miles per hour over the speed limit, and improper traffic lane usage. He was arrested on Nov. 19 at 4:41 a.m. at the corner of Palatine Road and Arlington Heights Road, and bond was set at $3,000. A court date is set for Dec. 8.
- Mustafa A. Omukic, 25, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested on Nov. 13 at 2:37 a.m. at the corner of Golf Road and Meijer Road. Bond was set at $1,000 and he is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 8.
- Steven B. Santini, 24, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08 or higher. He was arrested on Nov. 17 at 11:33 p.m. at 900 W Algonquin Road, bond was set at $3,000 and he is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 8.
- William J. Vukovich, 29, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. He was arrested on Nov. 12 at 10:15 p.m., bond was set at $3,000 and he is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 8.
- Steven D. Weseman, 54, was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence — violation for the third or subsequent time, aggravated driving under the influence during a period when driving privileges are revoked or suspended, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08 or higher, and driving on a suspended license. He was arrested on Nov. 12 at 4:18 p.m. at 100 W Rand Road, and bond was set at $25,000. He is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 13.
VIOLATING BAIL BOND
- Sade S. Haughton, 28, was arrested on an in-state warrant and is accused of violating a bail bond. Haughton was arrested on Nov. 12 at 8:08 p.m. at 911 E. Kensington Road. Bond was set at $10,000 and a court appearance is scheduled for Dec. 8.
- Bradley A. Willenborg, 29, was arrested on Nov. 17 at 1:51 a.m. on a warrant and is accused of violating a bail bond.
DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE
Alvarado F. Olvera, 20, is accused of driving on a suspended or revoked driver's license. Olvera was arrested on Nov. 12 at 5:40 p.m. at 18 N. Pine St., and bond was set at $2,500. A court date is set for Dec. 23.
BATTERY
William B. Roach, 30, was charged with battery/causing bodily harm on Nov. 16 at 3:30 p.m. He was arrested at Motel 6 (441 W Algonquin Road) and bond was set at $10,000. He is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 15
