62-Room Boutique Hotel Coming To Arlington
The 62-room boutique hotel on Algonquin Road will feature a rooftop bar and high-end amenities such as Alexa-controlled lighting systems.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — Construction will begin in March on the Chez Arlington Hotel, a planned 62-room boutique hotel on Algonquin Road.
The five-story hotel will feature a sixth story with a bar and outdoor rooftop section. The bar is for patrons only. Developers modified plans from a nine-story blueprint that village officials indicated last August would be too tall for the area.
High-end amenities include a "live chandelier," coffee shop, Alexa-controlled lighting systems, 70-inch televisions and murals painted by local artists, the Arlington Heights Post reported.
