Arlington Heights 4th Of July Fireworks: 2019 Events Guide

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — July 4th is quickly approaching, which means it's time to fire up that barbecue and find out what Fourth of July fireworks and festivities are going on near you this Independence Day. We gathered up all the fireworks shows, parades and festivals happening in and around Arlington Heights so you can start planning now.

Here's what's in store during the week of July 4th in Arlington Heights:

Independence Day:

• Where: Arlington Park Race Track, 2200 Euclid Avenue
• When: Thursday, July 4; gates open at noon, first race is at 1:25 p.m.
• Event details: $8 online, $10 at gate, $4 youth, Live music, face painting, bounce house and more.

Fireworks Night

• Where: Arlington Park Race Track, 2200 Euclid Avenue
• When: Friday, July 5; gates open at 2 p.m., first race is at 3:15 p.m.; fireworks just after dusk.
• Event details: $22 adult, $6 youth; there will be a limited number of walk up or drive up tickets available for purchase by credit or debit cards (no cash) at the parking lot gates, according to the race track website. Enjoy live music, crafts, giveaways and more.
