Arlington Heights Lays Out Vision of Future Development
The village approved its first comprehensive plan in 18 years during Monday's board meeting.

The Village of Arlington Heights now has a clear guide for future community development and growth thanks to the passage of a new comprehensive plan during Monday night’s board meeting, reports The Daily Herald.
While no funds have yet been committed to the plan, board members and Mayor Tom Hayes are lauding the village’s newly articulated vision.
“This is an aspirational plan of what we want to be as a community, what we want to look like and how we want to be experienced,” Village Manager Randy Recklaus told The Daily Herald.
