Arlington Heights' Scratchboard Kitchen Recognized By Tourism Bureau
The downtown restaurant, specializing in scratch-made food and drinks, has been named part of the Illinois Makers class.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — Downtown restaurant Scratchboard Kitchen has been accepted into the 2023 class of Illinois Makers, through the Illinois Office of Tourism. Located at 5 W. Campbell St., the scratch-made food and drinks establishment was recognized for its "creativity and chef-inspired" dishes.
Scratchboard Kitchen, owned by Danielle Kuhn, received an Illinois Made Maker plate during a recent recognition event. Kuhn was joined by Grace Goudie, executive chef of Scratchboard Kitchen, Arlington Heights Mayor Thomas Hayes, as well as Daniel Thomas, Illinois Office of Tourism's deputy director, and Heather Larson, president of Meet Chicago Northwest, and others.
