CEO Of Hoffman Estates Tech Company Killed In Accident: Report
Sanjay Shah, CEO of Vistex, was taking part in a company celebration when an accident occurred on a stage at a movie studio in India.
HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL — The CEO of a Hoffman Estates-based multinational software company died last Thursday following an accident at a company party in Hyderabad, India. Sanjay Shah, CEO of Vistek, was "grievously injured" when an iron cage contraption carrying himself and the company's president collapsed during a corporate event at Ramoji Film City, reports Times of India.
Vishwanath Raju Datla, Vistex's president, "is battling for his life" in a local hospital, according to the report.
Vistex, located at Greenspoint Office park on Barrington Road, has not released a statement regarding the accident.
