DUI, Theft, Selling Tobacco To Minors: Arlington Hts. Police Blotter
The Arlington Heights Police Department made a series of arrests and charged local residents with a variety of crimes over the past week.

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The Arlington Heights Police Department made a series of arrests over the past week involving a variety of criminal charges.
Local residents are reminded that criminal charges do not equate to a guilty finding and that all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Christopher X. Carreon, 27, was arrested at 4:54 a.m. on Nov. 14 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and operating an uninsured vehicle. Bond was set at $3,000 and he is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 7.
Brittany T. Chiodo, 33, was arrested at 7:46 p.m. on Nov. 16 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under the influence of drugs or other intoxicating compounds, and operating an uninsured vehicle. Bond was set at $1,000 and she will appear in court on Dec. 14.

Ethan C. Cottone, 23, was arrested on an in-state warrant for violation of a bail bond.
Joseph J. Curcio, 28, was arrested at 12:19 a.m. on Nov. 13 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and for having a BAC level of .08 or more. Bond was set at $3,000. He is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 14.
Francisco J. Juarez Avila, 31, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. on Nov. 16 and charged with the prohibition on the sale of tobacco to minors. He is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 13.
Mayur M. Lokne, 58, was arrested at 7 p.m. on Nov. 16 and charged with prohibition on the sale of tobacco to minors. He is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 13.
Michael E. McKenna, 50, was arrested at 12:38 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, and bond was set at $100. He will appear in court on Nov. 30.
John S. Reedal, 31, was arrested at 5:14 p.m. on Nov. 15 and charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license. Bond was set at $2,500 and he is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 20.
Aaliyah T. Simmons, 27, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Nov. 11 and charged with retail theft. Bond was set at $100 and she is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 14.
Mark Smedinghoff, 21, was arrested at 6:45 a.m. on Nov. 15 and charged with theft of property valued at more than $500. Bond was set at $10,000 with 10 percent to apply and he is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 9.
Diego Victoria, 27, was arrested at 9:35 p.m. on Nov. 13 and charged with driving without a valid license. Bond was set at $2,500 and he is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 6.
Michael Williams, 42, was arrested at 8:58 p.m. on Nov. 14 and driving on a suspended or revoked license. Bond was set at $2,500 and he is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 20.
David A. Yearwood, 36, was arrested at 10:03 p.m. on Nov. 12 and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and registering a BAC of more than .08 percent as well as operating an uninsured vehicle. Bond was set at $3,000 and he is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 7.
