Elk Grove Village Event Honoring International Overdose Awareness Day
The event will take place at 5 p.m. at the Kenneth Youth Center to remember those lost to overdoses.

CHICAGO (CBS) — An event in Northwest suburban Elk Grove Village will observe International Overdose Awareness Day.
The goal is to reduce drug overdose deaths, reduce the stigma around overdoses and educate people on prevention.
