ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — Berry Yo Frozen Yogurt in Arlington Heights partnered with Arlington Heights School District 25 on Friday to offer free frozen yogurt to teachers between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Sheila Henneman, owner of Berry Yo, said roughly 450 cups of frozen yogurt were given out during the special giveaway and lines wrapped around the building for over an hour.

"It was very positive and very uplifting for a small business owner that's having a difficult time," Henneman said.

The frozen yogurt shop was connected with the school district through the Arlington Heights Chamber of Commerce, Henneman said. D-25 Superintendent Lori Bein was in attendance and split the cost with Berry Yo, according to Henneman.
