Why do you believe the local hero should be recognized or honored?

Bob is an amazing friend and neighbor and an outstanding Firefighter who has been a Firefighter since he was barely an adult. He is always "on the job" and looking out for his crew, his neighbors and the people he rescues. Bob has amazing skills in so many areas it's difficult to list, but one thing for sure, anyone who has been rescued by Bob is lucky - he is compassionate and skillful in all he does. I'm lucky I know this outstanding man.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the local hero?

He is compassionate, skillful and dedicated and ALWAYS knows how to resolve a situation no matter how difficult and treacherous.
