ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. Criminal charges represent accusations by the state and are often dropped or reduced. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court.

ARRESTS

OPERATING A MOTOR VEHICLE WHILE UNLICENSED

  • Lucas J. Castle, 18, is accused of operating a motor vehicle with no valid license, permit or restricted driving permit and was arrested on Dec. 17 at 8:27 p.m. at Golf Road/Algonquin Road. Bond was set at $2,500 and he is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 19.
  • Omesimo Chagala Escribano, 31, is accused of operating a motor vehicle with no valid license, permit or restricted driving permit and was arrested on Dec. 19 at 10 p.m. at S New Wilke Road/Algonquin Road. Bond was set at $2,500 and he is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 9.
  • Juan A. Martinez-Erazo, 19, is accused of operating a motor vehicle with no valid license, permit or restricted driving permit and was arrested on Dec. 17 at 6:30 p.m. at Algonquin Parkway/S Old Wilke Road. Bond was set at $2,500 and he is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 19.

FAILURE TO REMAIN ON SCENE

Michael C. Galla, 29, is accused of failing to remain at the scene of a vehicle damage accident. He was arrested on Dec. 17 at 3:50 p.m. at the Arlington Heights Police Department (3016 N. Kennicott Ave.). Bond was set at $2,500 and he is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 20.

OBSTRUCTING IDENTIFICATION

Carly Harris, 39, is accused of obstructing identification, and was arrested on Dec. 20 at 5:43 p.m. at 2002 S Arlington Heights Road. She is set to appear in court on Jan. 20.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

Christian J. Longsworth, 25, is accused of domestic battery and of resisting or obstructing a peace officer, firefighter or correctional institution employee. He was arrested on Dec. 18 at 4:41 p.m. at the residences of the Northwest Community Hospital Emergency Room (545 E Seegers Road Apt 124) and bond was set at $2,000. He is scheduled to appear in court on Dec. 28.

AGGRAVATED STALKING

Christopher M. Sanchez, 44, is accused of aggravated stalking. He was arrested on Dec. 21 at 5:30 p.m. at 1359 S Highland Ave. and bond was set at $20,000. He is set to appear in court on Jan. 28.

ENDANGERING A CHILD'S LIFE OR HEALTH

Raushaun D. Sanders, 27, is accused of endangering the life or health of a child – causes, permits or places child in circumstances (family related). He was arrested on Dec. 21 at 4:50 p.m. at 700 W Rand Road and bond was set at $100. He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 20.

SPEEDING

Brea J. Young, 28, is accused of speeding 26-34 mph over the statutory limit. She was arrested on Dec. 20 at 2:20 a.m. at E Palatine Road/N Schoenbeck Road and bond was set at $2,500. She is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 9.
