New York Woman Charged With Prostitution: Arlington Heights PD Blotter

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The following information comes from the Arlington Heights Police Department and court records as a record of police activity, including incidents reported by the public and those arrested by police. ARRESTS

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• Jose M. Bautista Ceia, 30, of the 4700 block of Arbor Drive, Rolling Meadows, is accused of driving under the influence, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, operating a motor vehicle without a license, and was arrested at 12:12 a.m. Dec. 24, in the 2300 block of S. Arlington Heights Road. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 13.
• Peter P. Chachai, Jr., 39, of the 900 block of W. Winona Street, Chicago, is accused of DUI alcohol, DUI alcohol with a BAC level of .08 or more, and was arrested at 7:56 p.m. Dec. 27, in the 1900 block of E. Central Road, Rolling Meadows. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 13.
• Alvin R. Goulbourne, 36, of Huntsville, Alabama, is accused of DUI alcohol, DUI alcohol with a BAC level of .08 or more, illegal transportation of alcohol, and was arrested at 4:10 p.m. Jan. 1, at Arlington Heights and Central roads. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 21.

VIOLATION OF CIVIL NO CONTACT ORDER

Anna E. Lenoach, 48, of the 900 block of N. Hickory Avenue, Arlington Heights, is accused of violating a civil no contact order, and was arrested at 6:57 p.m. Jan. 1, at the Arlington Heights police station. A court date of Jan. 16 was assigned.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH COURT ORDER

Nicholas D. Maegdlin, 28, of the 700 block of Houston Drive, Carpentersville, had a warrant for failure to comply with court order, and was arrested at 5:13 p.m. Dec. 23, in the 1200 block of S. New Wilke Road.

FLEEING/ATTEMPTING TO ELUDE A PEACE OFFICER

Willian I. Mendez Lainez, 28, of the 400 block of Inland Drive, Wheeling, is accused of two counts of fleeing/attempting to elude a peace officer, driving on a suspended license, speeding 26 to 34 mph over the speed limit, and was arrested at 11:38 p.m. Dec. 29, in the 400 block of Inland Drive, Wheeling. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 13.

PROSTITUTION

Celina Altagracia Vargas Cruz, 26, of New York, New York, is accused of prostitution, and was arrested at 4:26 p.m. Dec. 30, in the 20 block of W. Algonquin Road. She was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 28.
