Resident Violates Protection Order: Arlington Heights PD Blotter

VIOLATION OF BAIL BOND

- Jesse B. Coleman, 43, of the 2100 block of S. Tonne, Arlington Heights, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, new charge of retail theft, and was arrested at 6:53 p.m. Jan. 5, in the 2000 block of S. Arlington Heights Road.
- Anthony J. Corsentino, 20, of the 900 block of N. Patton Avenue, Arlington Heights, had a warrant for violation of bail bond, and was arrested at 5:49 p.m. Jan. 2, in the 1400 block of W. Oakton Street, Arlington Heights.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
Ricardo Espinoza, 28, of the 300 block of Triggs Avenue, Elgin, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, speeding 26 to 34 mph over the speed limit, and was arrested at 2:57 a.m. Jan. 4, in the 200 block of Palatine Road, Arlington Heights. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 18.

BATTERY
Robert J. Lococo, 59, of the 700 block of S. Emerald Drive, McHenry, is accused of battery, and was arrested at 3 p.m. Jan. 2, in the 200 block of E. Sigwalt Avenue, Arlington Heights. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 21.
VIOLATION OF STALKING ORDER
James L. Lutz, 72, of the 100 block of N. Pine, Arlington Heights, is accused of violating a stalking/no contact order, and was arrested at 8:18 a.m. Jan. 8. A court date of Jan. 9 was assigned.
DRIVING ON A REVOKED LICENSE
Juan C. Perez-Soto, 35, of the 7300 block of N. Harlem Avenue, Chicago, is accused of two counts of driving on a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, and was arrested at 12:23 a.m. Jan. 4, at Dryden Place and Kensington. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 7.
POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
Robert Pilawa, 49, of the 1700 block of W. Algonquin Road, Mount Prospect, is accused of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of drugs, and was arrested at 10:31 p.m. Jan. 3, at Golf and Meier roads. He was released and assigned a court date of Jan. 21.
VIOLATING AN ORDER OF PROTECTION
Nicholas J. Wiley, 25, of the 1000 block of N. Kennicott Avenue, Arlington Heights, is accused of violating an order of protection, and was arrested at 7:45 p.m. Jan. 8, in the 200 block of E. Sigwalt Street. A court date of Jan. 9 was assigned.
