Theft At Gym, Church Lights Damaged, More Arlington Heights Crime
An unlocked car was stolen from a driveway Saturday on W. Euclid Avenue, according to Arlington Heights police.
ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL — The Arlington Heights Police Department responded to the following crime reports last week:
Theft at Planet Fitness
A wallet was stolen between 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. Friday from an unlocked locker inside the women's locker room at Planet Fitness in the 0-100 block of W. Rand Road. According to the police report, there was $730 in the wallet.

Car theft
A car was stolen from someone's driveway between 10 p.m. Friday and 8 p.m. Saturday in the 300 block of W. Euclid Avenue after the car had been left unlocked, while the key fob was inside the car, according to the police report.

Church lights damaged
Lights to an exterior sign at United Church of Christ, located in the 1000 block of W. Kirchoff Road, were damaged by being knocked over and off their stands between 12 a.m. and 2 a.m. Thursday. The cost to repair the damage is unknown at this time.

The Arlington Heights Police Department reminds residents to lock their cars, take keys out and remove all valuables, as car thefts and burglaries are preventable.
