Aurora Home Struck By Gunfire, Suspect Fled: Police
Shots were fired Thursday, police have not yet established a definite motive.

AURORA, IL — Police are looking for information on a shooting that happened Thursday evening around 8:45 in the 800 block of View Street. No one was injured, according to officials, but a home was struck several times, causing about $600 in damage. Police say a man was spotted running southbound on View Street, then eastbound on New Haven Avenue. He's described as heavy-set, between 5'6" and 5'9" and was wearing dark clothing at the time.
