1st Central Bark Dog Care Facility Opens In Aurora
The Aurora Regional Economic Alliance joined the Central Bark team for a ribbon cutting to celebrate the first location in Aurora.

AURORA, IL — The first Central Bark dog care facility is open in Aurora.
The Aurora Regional Economic Alliance and Central Bark team gathered June 29 at the new business, located at 4389 Fox Valley Center Drive, for a ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand-opening event. The celebration featured a food truck, facility tour, activities for dogs and their families, and prizes and giveaways.
The new Central Bark, situated on the cusp of Naperville, features almost 9,000 square feet of indoor space and more than 3,700 square feet of outdoor play area.

Central Bark promotes "whole dog care," meaning the business offers personalized products and services that foster dogs' "physical, mental and emotional health and happiness throughout their entire lives." Owners can bring their dogs in for playgroups, group skills work and rest periods. One-on-one enrichment add-ons are also available to give the furry friends extra attention and the freedom to use their senses and instincts to engage with interactive toys and games.
"The grand opening marks the start of our unique approach to whole dog care for our community," franchise owner Mike Carter said in a statement. "From dog day care to overnight boarding, grooming, and training, we will offer everything to help dogs live a healthy, happy life. We invite the community to stop by and experience everything Central Bark has to offer."
