Fox Valley Mall Apartment Complex 'Makes Great Progress': City
The four-story, 323-unit apartment complex by Fox Valley Mall is on track to be completed in spring 2025, officials said.

AURORA, IL — The second phase of redevelopment for apartments at Fox Valley Mall "makes great progress," city officials said this week.
A four-story building called Lucca Fox Valley, the second apartment community being added to the Aurora mall, is on track to be completed by spring 2025, according to Communications Manager Jon Zaghloul.
The complex will feature a mix of studio, one and two-bedroom apartments for a total of 323 units. Each will range from 500 to 1,500 square feet and have its own balcony or patio.

Construction crews are nearly complete with creating the buildings' structure, with masonry being installed across two elevations, Zaghloul said. Next, teams will finalize framing the second floor and begin work on the exterior courtyard.

Lucca will offer the best-in-class private amenities, officials said, including an entertainment lounge, fitness facility, and a private courtyard with a pool, cabanas and grill stations. The west side of the development will be home to a linear park with gaming areas, seating and a dog park, while the east side will feature a smaller triangular park.
