Largest Water Park In Illinois Announces Date For Start Of 2023 Season

YORKVILLE, IL — Raging Waves, Illinois's largest water park, is set to open for the season June 3.

Located at 4000 N. Bridge St. in Yorkville, Raging Waves is home to 32 water slides, a wave pool, a lazy river and private cabanas and more spread out across 58 acres. Visitors seeking more thrill can also ride the six-lane mat racing water slide, named the Aussie Mat Dash.

Tickets vary in price depending on whether guests want to go on a specific day or are flexible. Tickets good for any one day of the season cost $54.99, while pick-your-date tickets begin at $29.99, varying by day.

The park also offers all-day private cabanas starting at $200 a day. Suites can hold between eight to 16 guests.

Season passes are currently for sale for $100-$140. Yorkville residents are eligible to purchase a resident season pass, which includes free parking, for $89.99.
