Lee & Associates of IL Brokers Pair of Industrial Transactions

Rosemont, IL — July 27, 2023 — Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers in North America, has closed a pair of industrial transactions in Kane County, IL.

Michael Androwich, Principal at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the tenant, Cynamic Chemical Company, on their lease renewal of 20,124 SF at 1400 Kingsland Drive in Batavia. The building is owned by Mapletree. Cynamic is a private label chemical manufacturer.

Jay Farnam, Principal at Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented buyer Elgiloy Specialty Metals on their purchase of a 16,740-square-foot building at 1525 Fleetwood Drive in Elgin. ESM is a manufacturer of standard and custom specialty metals for aerospace, chemical processing, oil and gas, medical, defense, and nuclear applications.
