Lee & Associates of Il Negotiate a $600,000 Sale of a Retail Lot

Rosemont, IL. — July 25, 2023 — Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers, negotiated a $600,000 sale of 1.75-acre retail lot located at 970 North Lake Street, Aurora, IL.

The Seller, Storage of America, was represented by two Lee & Associates agents: Rick Scardino, Principal at Lee & Associates of Illinois, and Herb Feldman, Executive Vice President at Lee & Associates of Indiana. David Brackney at TA Realty Partners represented the buyer, SFI Properties Aurora LLA.
A new state-of-the-art car wash will be constructed on this outlot, which will then kick start Storage of America’s planned redevelopment of its current vacant department store. Additional retail spaces will also be created as part of the recast of this space.
