Lee & Associates of Illinois Represents Nova Medical Products Lease

Rosemont, IL. — November 16, 2023 — Lee & Associates, one of the largest national commercial real estate providers, negotiated a 91,956-square-foot lease on behalf of Nova Medical Products at 410 Smoke Tree Plaza, North Aurora, IL.

Construction on the new Class A industrial facility is set to finish in Q2 2024. It is located in the Park 88 Logistics Center with immediate access to I-88 via Route 31. Relocating from McCook, IL, Nova will occupy 55% of the 165,928-SF building in a long-term lease.

Kenneth Franzese and John Cassidy, SIOR, Principals at Lee & Associates, represented the tenant, Nova Medical Products, a manufacturer and distributor of medical equipment products such as canes, crutches, transport chairs, and knee scooters. John Whitehead and Jack Brennan of NAI Hiffman represented the landlord, TradeLane Properties.
