Man Found Dead Monday Evening In Aurora Park: Police
Aurora police are investigating the death of a man whose body was discovered Monday evening in Phillips Park.
AURORA, IL — A man died Monday evening in Phillips Park, according to Aurora police.
Officers and paramedics were called to the park around 7:30 p.m. Monday to help an unresponsive man, but paramedics were unable to save the man’s life, police said.
A preliminary investigation showed “no obvious signs of trauma,” and the Kane County Coroner’s Office will conduct an autopsy to determine how the man died, according to police.

An Aurora police spokesperson said Tuesday morning there is no threat to residents connected to the death at Phillips Park.
The Aurora Police Department is asking anyone with information about the man or his death to call its Investigations Division at 630-256-5500.
