Reason for recognition: My wife should be honored because she is joining her fellow teachers in turning impossible into reality every day, while still excelling as a member of the community and as a new mother.
One thing to know: Everyone needs to know that, despite the myriad forces in their way, my wife and many other teachers like her are selfless to a fault, often working early, late, unnoticed and unpaid, to deliver magic to their students and families.
Thank you for all you do, Wendy!
