This Saturday, June 8th, the 19th Ward will partner with Midway Document Destruction and Sims Recycling Solutions to host a FREE paper shredding and electronics recycling event at Crosswinds Church, 10835 S. Pulaski Rd. from 9:00 am - 11:00 am.

19th Ward residents can bring unwanted papers to be shredded and later recycled by Midway's mobile shredding truck. All documents must be loose prior to shredding -staples, paperclips and binders must be removed before arrival or documents will not be accepted.

Sims Recycling Solutions will be on site to collect unwanted electronic equipment - computers, monitors, tv's, printers, fax machines, VCR/DVD players, DVR's, PDA's, MP3 players, video game consoles, keyboard/mouse, computer cables, zip drives and cell phones. Please note, you may not bring home appliances or household hazardous waste. These services are FREE of charge!
