Police: Man Stabbed to Death in Home, Son in Custody - UPDATED
The murder occurred on the 11400 block of Rockwell Avenue early Sunday morning.

Police are still investigating the stabbing death of an area man and the man's son is in custody, according to police.
The name of the victim is Kenneth Johnson, 49, according to the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office. An autopsy is scheduled for Monday to determine the exact cause of death, the agency said.
The incident occurred around 2:45 a.m. in the 11400 block of South Rockwell Avenue, just steps from Kennedy Park, a news affairs officer said.

The 24-year-old son Mason Johnson was taken into custody, and was receiving treatment at an area hospital.
The Chicago Tribune reports that charges were filed against Mason Johnson, but due to his injuries it is not clear when he will appear in court.
