Wilson recently opened Hardboiled Coffee Company, 9135 S. Western, because he thought the neighborhood could use a place with high quality products and an inviting atmosphere.
The beans are all ethically sourced and roasted in small batches on site to guarantee extreme freshness. In addition to the single cup method demonstrated above, the shop also uses a traditional brewer and creates a variety of espresso drinks.
