Aggravated Assault, Domestic Battery Involving Bodily Harm: Will County Blotter, Sept. 22-23

WILL COUNTY, IL - The Will County Adult Detention Facility has seen a surge in new prisoners over the past week, and Friday through Saturday was no exception.

A number of the new prisoners are accused of domestic battery and domestic violence offenses, as well as other charges that you'll see below.

Gerald Richardson III

Gerald D. Richardson III, 27, 25600 block of West Caton Farm Road, Crest Hill, arrested on felony charges of aggravated assault, aggravated battery against a police officer and a misdemeanor crime of resisting arrest.

Michael Rosenberg

Michael F. Rosenberg, 57, 500 block of Parkshore Drive, Shorewood, arrested on felony charges of domestic battery involving bodily harm and aggravated battery in a public place.

Heber Garcia

Heber Garcia, 29, 700 block of Ruby Street, Joliet, arrested on three felony charges of credit-debit card fraud.

Jennifer Heil

Jennifer Heil, 44, 11400 West 194th Street, Mokena, arrested on a felony charge of stalking-violating a protection order.

Nicholas Bartak

Nicholas Bartak, 24, 5600 block of Stonybrook Drive, Plainfield, arrested by Joliet police on felony charges of aggravated battery causing great bodily harm and misdemeanor counts of driving under suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Mozell Collins III

Mozell Collins III, 31, 1400 block of Plainfield Road, Joliet, arrested on a felony charge of manufacturing cocaine.

Romello Duran-Pruitt

Romello Duran-Pruitt, 18, 100 block of Morris Street, Joliet, arrested on seven misdemeanors: two counts of battery, two counts of resisting arrest, two counts of domestic battery and one charge of interfering with the reporting of domestic violence.

Alejandra Duran-Pruitt

Alejandra Duran-Pruitt, 21, 100 block of Morris Street, Joliet. She is the sister of Romello Duran-Pruitt. She was arrested on three misdemeanors: two counts of battery and one charge of resisting arrest.

Darryn K. Johnson

Darryn K. Johnson, 50, address listed as unknown, charged with three felonies: two counts of burglary and one count of criminal trespassing.

Shreyas Chandrashekar

Shreyas Chandrashekar, 34, 6700 block of West White Tailed Lane, Tinley Park, arrested on two counts of DUI.
