Armed Robbery At Bolingbrook Best Buy: Suspect Flees In Vehicle

The male robber presented several items to the cashier and then showed a handgun before leaving the store with the items, police said.

BOLINGBROOK, IL — No one is in custody after an armed robbery on Thursday at Best Buy in Bolingbrook, according to a release from Bolingbrook Police.

Police said an armed robbery was reported on Thursday at Best Buy, 315 N. Weber Road. The male robber presented several items to the cashier and then showed a handgun, before leaving the store with the items.

The man was described as 6'0" tall, and was wearing all black and a face mask. He fled in a black sedan with no license plates, heading westbound on Boughton Road, according to police.

There were no reported injuries, police said. The investigation is ongoing.
