The Bolingbrook High School football team is just one win away from clinching a playoff spot.

Lincoln-Way East rallied from a 14-0 deficit to beat host Bolingbrook 20-14 in a SouthWest Suburban Blue battle of unbeatens. East fell behind 14-0 as Bolingbrook quarterback Aaron Bailey broke through the Griffins defense for 59-yard and 86-yard touchdown runs in the first quarter. The Griffins pulled within 14-6 on a 59-yard touchdown pass from Winkler to Justin Corbett midway through the second quarter. They tied the game on a 14-yard run by Winkler and a two-point conversion pass from Winkler to Jay Yancy in the third quarter. East pulled ahead for good on a 13-yard TD run by Bayer with 5:09 remaining in the game. (Bolingbrook Patch)
Homewood-Flossmoor 35, Lockport 0: Tim Williams threw for a career-high five touchdowns as Homewood-Flossmoor got the winning feeling back with a 35-0 pasting of Lockport in a SouthWest Suburban Blue matchup before a big Homecoming crowd in Lockport. Williams was 15-of-19 for 166 yards. He set the tone on the opening drive, as the Vikings went 80 yards in 17 plays. Williams capped it with a 16-yard touchdown pass to Kristopher Porche and H-F never looked back against Lockport. (The Herald-News)
The Eagles rolled a 34-0 first-half lead and then rested their starters en route to a 41-0 homecoming victory over Joliet Central. The Eagles established their dominance early as running back Lemonte Booker galloped 38 yards into the end zone for a touchdown on Sandburg's first possession. After holding Joliet Central, Eagles quarterback Anthony Adams quickly connected with Nick Lehnerer on a 33-yard catch-and-run for a touchdown. (Orland Park Patch)

Joliet West 31, Lincoln-Way Central 19: Ramarr Jordan led the ground attack for Joliet West with 23 carries for 180 yards and two touchdowns. Jordan opened the scoring with a 48-yard run midway through the first quarter and added a 42-yard touchdown to put West ahead 24-13 early in the fourth. (Southtown Star)
