BOLINGBROOK, IL — As the popular adage goes, heroes don't always wear a cape. But when times are tough, they emerge. We all know someone who's making a difference right now as we live through unprecedented times. Here at Patch, we've launched an initiative to help recognize these everyday heroes.

Viola has gracefully taken on her role to honor an oath she pledged for! In the midst of a pandemic she never slowed down, her perseverance, dedication and love for her patients outweighed any obstacles that came with COVID-19 that plagued on her unit.

What’s one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?:
She has a heart of gold, she puts everyone in her care above all!
