A 19-year-old Bolingbrook man turned himself in to Bolingbrook police Tuesday after he allegedly had sexual contact with a 14-year-old girl in several nearby parks. Kevin Louis, of the 300 block of Clifton Lane, is being charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse and aggravated battery. According to police, Louis and the girl had been meeting in several local parks from mid-April to mid-May, including one a few yards away from . Bolingbrook Lt. Mike Rompa said Louis turned himself in Tuesday to report physical contact, but has not been taken into custody yet because the warrant was just recently issued.
