The Will County Children's Advocacy Center was founded in 1995 by State's Attorney James Glasgow to partner with multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) comprised of law enforcement, DCFS investigators, medical personnel, prosecutors, and Will County CAC forensic interviewers, family advocates, and trauma therapists to respond to reports of severe physical abuse, sexual abuse, commercial exploitation, neglect, and exposure to violence of children, in Will County, Illinois.

The United States Air Force has given the highest rating possible to Air Force Junior ROTC program. The USAF on-site evaluation included a marching demonstration; oral presentations on goals, expectations and leadership events; as well as inspections for appearance, conduct and much more. Students Erika Musial, Jenna Morin, Lissete Zepeda and Tara Sanson-Levins were singled out by the evaluation team as was the marching presentation by the third period sophomores. "The community and school should be very proud of these young adults," said Maj. Vince Rukstalis, Aerospace Science Department Chair at BHS.
