Deaf, Elderly Chinese Man Missing and in Danger

A deaf, elderly Chinese man is missing and in danger.

Si Wu, 85, went for a walk about 2 p.m. Thursday and has not returned, said Bolingbrook police Lt. Carter Larry. Wu was wearing a black jacket and carrying a black shoulder bag.

Wu speaks only Chinese. This message in Chinese asks him to go with the police and return home:

“The family is concerned due to the fact this is the longest he has been gone,” Larry said.

“We want to ensure his safe return,” he said.
