CAVA offers Mediterranean-inspired bowls, pitas, dips and dressings.The chain has locations in Bolingbrook, Naperville (coming soon), Vernon Hills, Des Plaines, Kildeer, River Forest, Chicago and Willowbrook. No exact opening date has been given for the second Bolingbrook location.
