DuPage County Names New Chief Judge

DUPAGE COUNTY, IL —The Circuit Judges of the 18th Judicial Court in DuPage County elected Judge Daniel Guerin to the position of Chief Judge.

Guerin will begin his term as on Dec. 4, according to a news release. He will succeed Chief Judge Kathryn Cresswell.

Guerin is a graduate of DePaul University College of Law. He was appointed an Associate Judge in 2003 and Circuit Judge in 2009. Guerin became a Circuit Judge in 2010. He is currently the Presiding Judge of the Felony Division of the 18th Judicial Circuit.
